Meet Ronnie

Matthew Butcher grew up watching his father, Ronnie, cook in their family-owned takeaway shop in Echuca. A country boy with a heart of gold and the values to match, Ronnie loves nothing more than bringing people together over a good meal and a few beers. And it’s this simple, generous and big-hearted philosophy that is at the core of what we do – Wine, dine and good times.

Famous in the Butcher family and community for being the ultimate host and making sure everyone feels like family, Ronnie’s approach to food is seen throughout the venue – delicious, hearty dishes designed to be shared.

Matthew Butcher is a culinary visionary and restaurateur, responsible for some of Australia’s most unique hospitality venues.

Butcher cut his teeth alongside some of the industry’s international heavyweights including Gordon Ramsay, Shannon Bennett and Ryan Clift.
